Maansik tanaav se bachane ke tarike :-

(1) Tanaav se bachne ke tarike

(3) Tanaav se bachne ke liye sharir ki masaaj yaa maalish karaye
sharir ki maalish ka rwana vaastav mein bahut achchha maana jaata hai. isse aap ka shareer aur man shaant aur khush hota hai. sharir ki maalish aap ke tanaav grast dimag ko shanti prdaan karane mein madad karati hai
