Aadah sir dard :-

Aadah sir dard ke liye gaajar ke patton kaa paani garm karke naak aur kaan mein daalen

Pathree  :-

garar ke beej, shalajam ke beej 20-20 graam len aur muli ko andar se khokhala karake garm paanee raakh mein bhurate kee tarah bhoon len. jab bhun jaye to andar se beej nikaalakar pees len. 6 graam sabah shaam paanee ke saath ek maheena khaaye band peshaab khulega aur patharee ghulakar nikal jaayegi

Maahavaaree ke lie :-

gaajar ke beej 20 graam kaat kar 250 graam paani mein ubaalen, jab paanee aadha rah jae to thoda  shakkar daalakar 2-3 din pilaye, maahavaari khulakar aa jaati hai ..

Jigar ki garmi :-

gaajar 100 graam, gudh 100 graam 3 paav paanee mein raat ko aag par paka len. jab gaajar galen to subah chaandee ke do vark lagaakar khaaye. jigar kee garmee aur piliyaa ko phayeda  karegi10 din ka khaye. dil ko taakat deta hai. 

Sundar banane ke lie :-

gaajar ka ras, tamaatar ka ras, santare ka ras, chukandar ka ras 50-50 graam rojaana peene se chehare kee jhaiyaan, daag, muhaase door hokar sundar aur saaph ho jaata hai.

Pet ke liye :-

gaajar ka ras 100 graam rojaana khaalee pet do saptaah pinye se pet ke keede nikal jaate hain. takat ke lie -1 kilo gaajar kaddookas mein kas len, phir 4 kilo doodh mein paka len. jab doodh sookh jaata hai to ek paav desi ghee aur 10 ande daalakar bhoon len. rojaana 50 graam khaakar oopar se doodh pee len. ek maheene khaaye mardaana taakat ke lie badhiya baat hai. chini aadha kilo dale dimaagon ko taakat deta hai ..
